My Online Doctor’s Visit (MyODV) was founded with the mission to provide accessible and efficient telehealth care of the highest quality. Through real-time video consultations, we facilitate connections between patients with minor health concerns and board-certified doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Operating 24/7 across all 50 states, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico, we strive to offer a convenient healthcare solution.

Our team comprises physicians specializing in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics, holding valid medical licenses in multiple states. Additionally, we have General Surgeons and surgical specialists who maintain a focus on primary care. In tandem, our advanced providers are board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants actively engaged in hospital and clinic settings. Irrespective of their area of expertise, our providers are dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients.

The MyODV app is a user-friendly platform that allows patients to schedule real-time video consultations with board-certified providers from the comfort of their homes, on the same day. The process is straightforward:

1. Download the MyODV app from the App Store.
2. Enter the reason for your consultation, along with your age and gender.
3. A screening nurse will assess your suitability for telemedicine within approximately 20 minutes.
4. The following conditions are not eligible for our telemedicine services:

• Chest pain
• Abdominal pain
• Loss of consciousness
• Pregnancy
• Any trauma
• Age below 6 months
• Acute or chronic pain
• Mental health concerns
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
• Insomnia
• Anxiety

1. We cater to health issues suitable for telemedicine services such as:

• Coughs
• Chest congestion
• Sinus pressure
• Pink eye
• Urinary Tract Infections
• Ear infections
• Pediatric fevers in children over 6 months
• Skin infections like insect bites
• Rashes from poison ivy, poison oak, or poison sumac
• Refills for birth control medications
• Erectile dysfunction medication prescriptions
• Refills for chronic medications (Diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.)

1. Upon acceptance of your appointment request, click "BOOK APPOINTMENT" and provide your personal details.
2. Select your preferred pharmacy or opt for Amazon Pharmacy.
3. In-app, capture images of relevant body parts or record a 60-second video detailing your symptoms for the doctor's review.
4. Select up to three preferred appointment slots for consultation times.
5. To confirm your appointment, pay a one-time fee of $75.00; we do not accept any form of health insurance.
6. Your doctor will commence your 20-minute real-time video consultation at the scheduled time.
7. Following the consultation, your doctor will electronically send your non-controlled medication prescription to your pharmacy.

In compliance with our policy, our providers do not prescribe certain medications including painkillers, anxiety medications, sleeping aids, ADHD medications, or cough syrup containing codeine or hydrocodone. We also refrain from prescribing Ultram (Tramadol). Patients seeking these medications are advised to consult a local physician for an in-person evaluation rather than scheduling a telemedicine visit with our providers.

After your consultation, My Online Doctor’s Visit will forward a link via text allowing you to connect with a screening nurse within 72 hours post-visit should any unforeseen issues arise. We prioritize providing exceptional care not only during but also after your consultation. This link will also enable you to leave a Google review and rate our app on the App Store.
